I bought myself a new camera from Costco with part of my year-end bonus. I'm attempting to learn to take better photographs and also to take some photos of my home. Here are a few shots I took of the living room. Not quite desire to inspire quality, but you've gotta start somewhere, right? I think the main problem is that the day wasn't bright enough to do the colors justice. They are all a bit off. Not as bright or saturated.

ReplyDeleteThanks Audrey. The shaggy cows on my blog are called Highland cattle. Originally bred in Scotland to withstand the elements, which is where I first saw them. There are lots in the U.S. now, even TX, as they can withstand heat also. If I had more space, I'd have a couple. BTW, I came across your blog b/c I love TX (going to Fredericksburg again this fall) and was Googling "texas style". There's not much on the web in that category so keep doing what you're doing!
